Meet The Team
Dr. Tyler Leitzke
Dr. Tyler Leitzke graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017, receiving a Bachelor of Science in health behavior science and a minor in strength and conditioning, before earning his doctorate at the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2021. His understanding of injury prevention and musculoskeletal rehabilitation comes through an abundance of diverse opportunities from both his education and previous employment experiences. Dr. Leitzke has worked training athletes and individuals, performing corporate health screenings, and in multiple chiropractic offices as an exercise rehabilitation technician and chiropractic assistant.
Besides growing up with the positive influence and exposure to the chiropractic profession with his dad, Dr. Andrew Leitzke, Dr. Tyler Leitzke attributes much of his passion for high-quality health care to a volunteer opportunity with a non-profit organization called Lori’s Hands. This organization helps to provide community resources to members of the Delaware community living with chronic illness. Dr. Leitzke remains involved with Lori’s Hands as a member of the ambassador council.
Dr. Leitzke has assisted his patients in the recovery of a variety of neuromusculoskeletal ailments through the application of chiropractic care in combination with different stretching and exercise techniques. His experience includes working with patients dealing with injuries such as ligament sprains, muscle strains, disc herniations, whiplash, neuropathy, radiculopathy, headaches, back pain, neck pain, arthritis, and tendinosis. While many patients present with similar conditions, Dr. Leitzke recognizes the importance of treating every patient as an individual, which requires a specialized and specifically designed treatment approach to best suit every patient’s needs and individual goals of care.
Outside the office, you might catch Dr. Leitzke in the gym, at the beach, on the golf course, or enjoying a nice meal out in Wilmington with his wife, Lindsay.
Dr. Andrew Leitzkie
Dr. Andrew Leitzke has been caring for patients since 1999 and is dedicated to helping people recover from pain, injuries, and chronic conditions. As the owner and operator of Precision Health and Wellness, he focuses on treatments that help patients heal faster and feel better—especially after auto accidents, work injuries, or other traumatic events.
Dr. Leitzke specializes in treating back pain, neck pain, whiplash, nerve pain, soft-tissue injuries, and chronic wounds. He uses a combination of regenerative therapies, functional medicine, chiropractic care, and physical medicine to support the body’s natural healing process. His goal is always the same: to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love.
With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Leitzke also works closely with personal injury attorneys, insurance companies, and the Delaware Industrial Accident Board. He provides clear medical evaluations and documentation that help patients navigate their injury claims with confidence.
Dr. Leitzke is certified as an Independent Chiropractic Examiner (CICE), holds a fellowship in acupuncture, and is trained in Functional Medicine. He is also the author of The New Science of Precision Medicine and Peripheral Neuropathy: A Breakthrough Approach to Treating Nerve Pain.
